Display all text in a cell

How do I get a cell to display all the text I have typed
even if it has to adjust the row height to do it? I've
tried word wrapping but this displays the text only until
you exit the cell then it drops back to display only the
width of the column. I want all the text to display in
the cell.

You need to wrap and format / row / height / autofit
To find this format use the format menu not the right click options.

Select all cells (click in the box above row 1 and to the left of colum
A).

Then from the Format menu, select Row | Autofit.
