Display all records or from a Combo Box

I am trying to create a query that will display all the
records or a selection from a combo box.
So the default would be ALL but if I selected a item from
a combo box it would only return that 1 result.

I tried to put the combo box in the "or" part of the
query and leave "criteria" blank but that did not work.
