Dispay Ratio

I display the below information sort of like: (but in tabbed format)

County: Island County
Population: 10,095
Clients: 33
% of Population is our client: .0033 %
Clients are bad debt: 5
% of Clients who are bad debtors: 15%

I want display something after the Population column, instead of .0033% of
Population is our Client - want it to display 1 in 448 ppl our are clients -
or maybe 1:448

Can someone tell me how to do that?
