I need to invoke the System Display Properties dialog opened to the Screen
Saver tab.

Is there a convenient way to do this?

What was the source of your information?

In order to do this, you will have to call the appropriate API functions
which will modify this information.

What settings are you looking to change specifically?
 
I want a button option to allow the user to call up the dialog and then set
any of the options.
