dispaly name from forwarded or replied messages

I upgraded my Outlook from 2003 to 2007. When I send a message from Outlook,
the receiver shows my name as the sender; however if I ever forward or reply
to a message that has been sent to me the displayed name from the message
says it's from 'test' instead of my name? Any ideas?
 
Sounds like you've got an additional mail account configured in Tools->
Account Settings...
