dismal experience. live outlook and the way things synch are bad

this is not a question but a statement. my entire Microsoft experience has
been ruined by this sub-standard software. One day things work fine, the
other it is a complete failure. It is not like a change my configurations to
ruin things... your capabilities to produce seamless program are just nil.
too bad i spent money on you.
