Diskeeper security settings in 2000

Is there any way to allow all users, regardless of their
profiles (admins/power users/operators etc), to use this
tool? I have several users who do not have domain admin
rights, and although they are set up on their own
workstation as local admins (an can log of the domain, log
on locally and defrag then), the process seems a bit too
much for them... any ideas?
