Disk drive won't open

A cd is in the drive of the laptop and 'eject' is not working? It's stuck.
Suggestions?
 
Look for a tiny hole somewhere on the face plate, and stick a straightened
out paperclip into it. I know it sounds hokey, but that's what it's there
for.

Have fun.
 
Shut down the computer with the disk in the drive, hit the power button and
hit eject button before it starts to load windows.
