Disk defragmenter

I installed norton anti-spam that made my boot up real slow. I
uninstalled it. Still my boot up was real slow. Then I restored to about 3
days back. Problem fixed! But my defragmentor seems to have a large green
area that wasnt there before and a few red areas. Defrag says I should
defrag. When I do it says it couldnt defrag all files. Then on the report
theres nothing there. Always says i should defrag. Any ideas?
