Disk Defragmenter

Everytime I try to run Disk Defagmenter I get an Error message saying, "Disk
Defragmenter failed to initialize". I had Disk Keeper Pro v.10 running but,
uninstalled it when this problem started, thinking that was the problem. It
wasn't. I'm running Windows XP Home, SP2. If anyone can help me resolve this
matter, I'd be much appreciative. Thanx.
