how do you reinstall the disk defragmenter utility on
Windows XP?

I appreciate the help mitch, but unfortunately the "Accessories and Utilities" option only installs/uninstalls games, and accessories like Calculator, Character Map, Clipboard Viewer. I don't even know why they use the word "utilities" in the title. I don't see any. My disk defragmenter is not working properly for some reason, and that's why I'm trying to reinstall it.

It's unlikely that disk defragmenter is the cause of your problem.

What exactly is the problem?
