Disk Defragmenter Tool does not work

When I click system Tool Disk Defragmenter the screen appears and when I
click on Analyze or Defragment nothing happens Please Help

Check on how much free space there is on the drive: the inbuilt defrag
needs at least 15% of the drive as free space or it will not run
 
Map I tried your advise and method the defrag.exe file which was supplied by
Kelly's site is old one I accidently changed the defrag.exe into the old one
and it is still not working. May be something else is wrong Thanks for your
advise I will keep it.
