Disk cleanup

My disk cleanup does not work,either from accessories>tools,or from my
computer,it starts with the message it is calculating how much space it can
clean up then it goes no further,if I cancel and try to access it again I
have to reboot befor it is accessable.

Save on Desktop.
Double click the icon once downloaded.
The icon can then be discarded.
