DISK CLEANUP

I have XP Home Edition. When I run 'Disk Cleanup' the entry for "Web Client/Publisher Temporary Files" always shows 72KB but will not delete even when 'delete' actioned. Anyone any ideas why ? Many Thanks.

That could be the index. Dat file and cannot be deleted
by normal means

Thanks for the suggestion, but I think not - the file is ALWAYS 72KB - whereas are there not more than 1 Index.dat files (eg 1 for each user) and dousn't the size vary but is often of the order of 1,000 KB ! Any more suggestions ?
