disk cleanup

I am having an issue with cleaning up my system.
Everytime I try to start disc cleanup, my system freezes
and I have to restart. I have defrag'd the hard drive,
everything is ok there. Any ideas on how to dump other
unneeded files?

yeah..give this a try if you havn't already, open micrsoft explorer (Start - Search)...select all files and folders and in the open field type C:\Documents and Settings\your name(try just your first name..if this dosn't work.try em both)\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files .There is alot of shit in here depending on how much porn you surf ,(okay and other stuff),but be careful what you ax.All this shit is in code and sometimes it's hard if not impossible to tell what the **** some of these things are.use caution. There is stuff you'll recognize like pics, and just web site remenance..take a look at the icon in the list beside the item..sometimes you can tell what it is from that......now what's MY question....hmmmmmm

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it and
answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by right
clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
