Disk Cleanup

Hi... My disk cleanup says tht I will gain 235,298 kb
when I run disk defrgamenter. I've run many times, but it
always says that I will gain the same amount or it goes
down by about 2 kb. PLEASE, I REALLY NEED SOME HELP!
 
Disk cleanup and defrag are two separate and distinct programs. Which one (or
Both) are you having a problem with?
