Disk Cleanup

I can't run disk cleanup from any location on my
computer - I have all up dates installed - I run a [email protected]
GHZ. If I try it - it stops after 3 dots - then computer
rund slow - also screen blinks ---

HELP PLEASE

Have you tried disabling all virus scanning programs and running disk cleanup?
