Disk Cleanup

I cannot run my Disk Cleanup. I click on it and sometimes
nothing happens. When I get to which disk I want to clean
and choose C, nothing happens. This is a totally new
problem.

Line 48, Right column "Disk Cleanup - Compress..."
Save on Desktop.
Double click the icon once downloaded.
The icon can then be discarded.
