Disk Cleanup Utility in XP

I installed and ran a freeware program called Spybot Search and Destroy which
detects and removes spyware and adware software on your computer.
Immediately after running Spybot and since that time I can no longer run the
Windows XP Disk Cleanup Utility. I ran the recovery tool in Spybot that is
supposed to restore the original settings. I've also copied cleanmgr.exe
from an identical computer but it doesn't fix the problem. I suspect there
are registry values that are incorrect. Any ideas how I might fix this?
