disk cleanup overloaded restore points

My disk cleanup hangs - I tried KB 812248 - did not work.
My restore system has restore points back to June 1 -
thats two months 10 days. XP running slow.

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it and
answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by right
clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
