Disk Clean up

When I run The Disk Clean up and these files show up. It says it is OK to
deleate WebClient/Publisher Tempory Files. Is this true? Can I allow it to
do a clean up and deleate these files? I need more space; I am taking a few
classes on the enternet and I have to get as much space as possible or enough
small things. What does. I would like to get rid of files Which I do'nt use.
