I am using windows XP home edition with SP2. I have been having
problems with spyware. I used microsotft spyware beta 1.0 but still
experienced popups. My PC was in sleep mode and, without anyone touching
the pc, it resumed windows. While starting Windows a disk read error
"cannot load Ntkrnlmp.exe" occured. I tried loading windows in safe
mode, but the system would not boot in this mode.I downloaded and used
XP bootable floppies, but still got the error message about NTKRNLMP.
EXE and that setup cannot continue.
Any suggestions on how to get this problem resolved?
