Disjoining from Domain and removing novell client

This is the second time it happens to me (think I would
have learned by now..)
When disjoining from Domain and removing novell client at
the same time (no reboot in between), I can't get in the
computer no more.
At the ctrl-alt-del screen, the "log on to" box is no
longer available and the square box for "workstation only"
also dissapears.
So all I see is User name and password box (when I click
on the option button all I see is "log on using dial up
connection".
I've tried to login as myself or as local admin with no
luck.
The last time this happen to me I had reinstall windows,
any other ways of doing this?

You can try booting into the recovery console and copy the msgina.dll to
nwgina.dll
