Discussion forum not working, FP extensions?

M

Mark Gurman

When I try and use my discussion forum I get:

"FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page
that requires a web server and the FrontPage Server
Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work
correctly if you publish this web to a web server that
has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.

Click the <Back> arrow to return to the previous page."

I have talked to m web host and they say they have FP2000
extensions. Do i need to configure them or something?
What is going on here?

My website is members.rogers.com/lgurman

If the FP extensions are installed, then you must publish the site via FP's
http mode to the remote server. In other method of upload will either
corrupt the extensions, which then have to be re-installed by your host, or
features such as the guest book, search, hit counter, discussion web, forms
will NOT work.
