Disconnected Network Drives

I have 100 users in different locations that when looking at "My Computer"
all but one network drive says "Disconnected Network Drive". They can still
get to the share though by opening the drive letter. Any ideas why this may
be ocurring?

The server will "disconnect" idle connections to free up resources and
then allow reconnect as necessary to the user. The default timeout is 15
minutes but can be changed if desired.
