Disconnect Internet Connection from Client

Hello

I access the internet from a client computer on a network.

I want to be able to disconnect the internet connection
from the client computer.

The client (that I access the internet from) operates
Win2000 pro and the host (with the internet connection)
uses Win 98SE

You mean, from the client computer accessing the ICS computer, you want to
be able to disconnect the ICS computer from the Internet? I don't know that
this is possible....even presuming dialup on the ICS computer.
