Disc Space Cleanup Manager

When trying to perform the Disk space cleanup, it stops & I get this
message:-

Disk Pace cleanup manager for windows has encounted a problem and needs to
close.

Error Signature :-

Run Error Checking under Tools.

Hi Bob I am having a similar problem as peter, but I cant find error checking
under tools. Can you please point me in the right direction. And by the way,
any clues as to what this error means? Any help would be appreciated.

Open "Help and Support", key in Error Checking, click the link, follow
the instructions.
