Disc Cleanup

When I run disc cleaup it tells me I can safely delete
any temporary files that have not been used for 30 days.
How can I view these files. They are in the windows
folder witch is a hidden folder.

Unfortunately, these files cannot be viewed because they are in multiple
folders, instead of being situated in one folder such as Temporary Internet
Files or Recycle Bin.
