Disappointing HELP System in Outlook 2003

I've just installed Office 2003 Pro and applied SP1. My first
experience with it is with Outlook 2003 and it has been a real
disappointment. Here's why:

1) It appears that all/most help queries require an internet
connection to find the answers;

2) There's been a terrible reduction in context sensitive
help assistence. Many dialogues have no context help
at all and if you're lucky enough to guess what special
combination of words to use to find anything that would
seem to address your problem, the answer is all too
often so shallow/trite as to be useless.

It seems to me that there enough new features in Outlook 2003 to
justify some expenditure of effort to document them. I'm afraid that
this doesn't seem to have been done.

Just my take on the issue. Not trying to flame. Just disappointed.

For the first issue, you can turn off the online help...in any installed
Office program, go to Help | Customer Feedback Options, then click the
Online Content link on the left. You can choose whether or not to show the
online content, and there are more specific options if you do want the
online help in some capacity.
