disappearing toolbars

I am using Excel 2000 and have a problem with my customized toolba
disappearing from one day to the next. Does anyone know why thi
happens and how to make it stop
 
I don't know why it happens, but try this:

1) Open "Microsoft Excel Help" from the Excel Menu
2) Ask the question "save toolbars"
3) Choose "save more than one toolbar configuration"
4) Follow instructions
