Disappearing printers

Hello,

I have a W2k server which is domain controller and print
server for about 180 printer.

Last week, all the printers disappeared. Hopefully, they
reappeared after a reboot !! This problem happened again
two days later.

I have two questions :

1) Does anybody know something about this problem ? Is
there something to do ?

2) Is there any mean to backup only the printers
configuration of a server ? By the way, where is it
stored ? In the registry ?

Have all of your workstations and laptops spooler as raw
data. Sounds like the servers print spooler is getting
clobered with requests for unusual formats. Next time the
spooler service dies just type at the command
prompt: "net start spooler".
