Disappearing Print Preview

When ever I'm working on a Word document I like to view what my product will
look like, so I click on Print Preview. There I will find half of my document
missing. It may be from the bottom or side. Why is this happening?
 
This depends on what version of Word, and type of printer are being used.
This leans towards a printer problem, with being an end-result in print
preview. It couldn't hurt to run a printer alignment/header test. Confirm
all printer settings. Check with the manufacturer of the printer, check to
see if a driver update is available, as well.
