disappearing icons

build 5536...after changing some icons...they just change back, even without
rebooting. Also, sometimes the power settings do not work...monitor does
not shut down when it is supposed to.
Also, could not import some Outlook .dbx folders.

Did you tried on build 5600 to see if the problem still exist or has been
fixed?
