Disappearing Formatting

Hi. I am having a problem where word documents are losing some formatting,
such as bullets, numbers, headers and footers. The problem only seems to
happen when the documents are emailed through Outlook to other employees.

Has anyone run into this issue? Any suggestions?

To help protect against damage to documents (although I don't think
this is what's happening to you), it's a good idea to compress them
into zip files and send those. The zip process creates a checksum,
which will tell you if the received file is different from the sent
file because of damage in transit.
