Disappearing Folders

This is a real strange one.

I'm running outlook 2003

I had two folders set up within my inbox and had rules which moved certain
emails to these folders.

One of my kids has managed to do something which has made them disappear.
If they had moved them to another folder i would be able to see quite easily
but it doesnt seem to be moved. I'm pretty sure they would not have deleted
it as there are still emails within my deleted items that go back quite a
while and if he had deleted and clear the recycle bin there would be nothing
in there.

All he remembers doing was pressing keys on the keyboard and nothing else.
He would have told me if he deleted it and i'm sure at the age of 4 he is not
aware how to.

I have checked the outlook data file to see if they had been archived and
there is nothing there.

Could they have just been hidden somewhere where i can bring them back.

There are some really important emails in there which be terrible if i
couldnt retrieve them.

Perhaps the key combo permanently deleted them
Try a search
