Disallow changing of date/time

Can I stop users from changing the date/time on a computer. This is a
standalone (not on a domain) PC.

Gather up all the users. Tell them "Please don't make changes to the date
or time."

If they do, take away access.

There's a way to this via GPO. Go to Run then type gpedit.msc then follow
this path
LocalComputerPolicy/ComputerConfiguration/WindowsSettings/SecuritySettings/LocalPolicies/UserRightAssignment/ChangeTheSystemTime.
Remove the user/group you want to disable their capability of changing
system time in their computer.

In Windows XP, creating limited accounts helps. Limited Account holders
can't normally change the date/time of the system.
