Disabling quoted printable in Outlook/Exchange?

Hi,

is there a way to disable quoted printable in Outlook 2003 with Exchange
2003?

Because Outlook always uses quoted printable for text encoding, it seems
to be that the automatic word-wrap function doesn't work.

I would like to be able to use this function.
