Disabling Print Preview but allowing Print

S

Steven Revell

Is it possible to determine whether the user has clicked
print preview instead of print using the workbook print
event?

If not, is there another way (a side from disabling the
button) that you can stop users from seeing a print
preview?

Cheers,

There is no built in way to distinguish. You could try removing all print
buttons and offer your own or in the beforeprint event, cancel the event and
do a print regardless of what was chosen. You could put up a prompt saying
this action will print the sheet - do they want to continue.
