Disabling History recording for one file txt file?

I have one txt (Notepad) file that I would like never to show up in any
history, either in MyComputer or in Notepad's history.

How can I do that? I don't mind messing with the Registry if I need to.

Don't open the file in those apps. Use some other app that doesn't
itself maintain a MRU (most recently used) list in the registry or a
config file. Portable apps are typically like that.
