Disabling F8 use

When booting windows 2000 the function of F8 is displayd.
Due to security reasons I want to disable this function.
Is this possible and how to do it.

You'd have to patch NTLDR to do that - though smart users (I know - OXYMORON
there!) will still be able to get around it if they can get their hands on
Win 2000 boot files by loading them from a floppy disk.
