Disabling "Debug"

Frustrated with Debug

When surfing the net, especially Ebay, I constantly get
this box in the middle of my screen that says there is
an "error on line xx" , "do you want to start debug".
This will come up 3,4 even 5 times consecutively with
every screen change! It's very annoying. Can I disable
this feature?
 
On browser menu - Tools/Internet
Options/Advanced/Browsing/Uncheck "Display a notification
about every script error"
