Disabled Toolbars

Someone accidentally went into a DB I was creating and disabled all the
toolbars, functions, etc. How do I get them back. I tried F11, that only
gets me the database tables,queries, etc... back, but no configuration for
the database itself. Any idea?

Try holding the Shift key while you are opening the database to bypass the
StartUp Options. You should get the standard Menubar where you can get in
the StartUp Options to modify the options.
