Disabled macros

When I close Outlook (Office 2003) I keep getting message
about "The macros in this project are disabled. Please
refer ." The only problem is that the Help doesn't say
how to resolve this and there is no info about it.

Check the macro security setting under Tools | Macro | Security. Restart
Outlook if you lower it.
