Disabled File Button

Hello, I include a toolbar at the top of my reports, that give me some
printing options. One of the menu items in the toolbar is File with Page
Setup and Print as two rows beneath the File item. The users use the print
item when wanting to print but pick a different printer.

This works fine but on a few users machines the see the File item but not
the items below. I know I fixed this in the past but can't remember how.
Also, I don't install the full version of access on the users machines,
instead I unstall the access runtime.

If all of your users are using Access runtime then you created or
modified the File menu and some of your users didn't get the updated
front end. If the only users showing items in the File menu are those
using retail Access then you probably didn't promulgate any fixes.
