Disable Word Auto Correct

You can't actually switch the feature off, but if you go to Tools >
Autocorrect Options and uncheck all the boxes, it pretty much amounts to the
same thing.
 
Yes, you can disable AutoCorrect by clearing the check next to
"Replace Text as You Type" in the AutoCorrect dialog box.
