Disable Wheel from changing records

Hi
I hope someone can help me. I following the instructions on
http://www.lebans.com/mousewheelonoff.htm and its not working.


I placed a on load event on the main form

' Turn the MouseWheel Off
Dim blRet As Boolean
blRet = MouseWheelOFF
End Sub

and I have the .DLL in the same folder.

Am I suppose to place a line in the ON LOAD event pointing to that
file?

Actually I post that question this morning at 10am and when I didn't
see it on the posting I assume that I cancelled out of the post before
