disable taskbar tooltips

I implemented the following registry changes but I still get taskbar
tooltips. Unless I have the wrong value some where, what key will
disable these tooltips.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
"StartButtonBalloonTip"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]

Use TweakUI instead. You can do serious damage by fooling around in the
registry.

TweakUI for XP didn't fix the problem either.
