I am trying to find the registry key that will tell windows not to
open a menu unless clicked on. For example when I right click on a
file I may hove momentarily on "send to" which then calls on XP to
look on the HDD for all the information to display the "send to" menu
when I really only wanted to cut and paste. This wastes time and HDD
life over time. Does a way exist to force XP to only open a sub menu
when that sub menu is clicked on?
Any help would be appreciated.
