disable security tab in xp pro

I am running a w2k AD domain. Using GPs for users. I want to hide/disable the security tab for some users, on their account. They are changing permissions and denying admin access. Havent found a way to do this through Group policy. Any suggestions appreciated.
 
It sounds like your users have "Full Control" to the folders. They should have no more than change. This should hide the security tab and disable their ability to change permission's.
