Disable scrollwheel?

Hallo,

I have a form with an unbound listbox that lists customers. The listbox
shows a virtical scrollbar. Furthermore i have tabs with remark fields
(type=memo) that "also" have a vertical scrollbars. Scrolling with the
scroll"wheel" scrolls the listbox what means you are instantly in a
different record (as the active customer in the listbox shows the customer
corresponding customer in on the form.

Now the question ;-)

Can i disable the scrollwheel by code? Or can i controll for which window
(in this case the tab with the remark field) the scrollwheel should be
active?
